The store is always out of chocolate, they never answer the phone. I live 15 minutes away and have to literally drive to the store after calling at least five times, leaving messages that are never returned. Employees drag around like zombies.
I complained to corporate about this but no answer from them either. Really have gone downhill and don’t seem to care.

I have always loved baskin robbins but over the years the scoop has been getting smaller, never consistent. My main issue is the owner at the Baldwin location in Whitby, very rude and condescending… I stopped going there and started going to the Simcoe location, the scoop was bigger and nicer staff.
One day I went in only to see the owner from the Whitby location there, wasn’t happy to see her! Again the scoop was so small and again she replied it’s 4 ounces! She was rude, mocked what I said.

I was at the baskin and Robbin located on ft Campbell in Clarksville attempting to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday $2 off. After showing them the qrcode they stated it wasn’t working and had no resolve for me. I only went there because of the $2 off.

I ordered a special Mariokart birthday cake for my son’s 13th birthday. Immediately after ordering I was contacted by the store and informed that they did not have the toy for the design but that they could still make the cake.
I was told that the cost of the toy would be refunded to me. This was never refunded. In addition the cake that I received barely resembled the cake that is advertised on the website. Upon noticing this I called the store and was told that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to a manager.
Subsequently, I called the store 4 times asking for the manger and was hung up on each time. This store has a documented history of defrauding consumers and being excessively rude and disrespectful to its customers.

Your Manager Betsy was very rude I had asked her if I could change my ice cream out since I just had got my teeth pulled and could really have the chucks in the ice cream I got at first she gave me attitude and started asking me all these questions as if she didn’t believe me about my teeth and when she switch the ice cream and basically threw it at me.

I made an order for a birthday cake for a family member and I called to check to see if my order was ready to pick up and I introduced myself to the person who answer the call and asked for their name so I know who I was speaking to but they refused to give me their name. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager since they didn't feel comfortable and they hung up on me. The other day I went in and bought a cake from your chico, CA location. This year alone I have bought two cakes so far. They have always turned out extremely professional and beautiful. This time it did not and I was mortified. I'm including a picture odd the writing. It's in different colors, they used the thinnest possible frosting tip and it looks TERRIBLE.
Tucson, Arizona, Baskin Robbins on La Cholla. For about the past 12 months, more times than not, out of the 31 flavors, more than 10 of them are empty. They are always out of ice and never have no milk.
Talked to the manager who was a younger girl to find out why and she did not seem to care. I know there are bigger problems in the world but people go to an ice cream shop to get ice cream and shakes.

Ordered a cake for a birthday on the 19th of Nov from your Jordan Landing location. Decoration was terrible, can't read the words on bottom. Too close to border and if you look real close they spelled feeling incorrectly. Looks like it was decorated by a very inexperienced person.
