The pizza was burnt

The pizza was burnt. (Crispy burnt) was not fit to be eaten and I didn't have time to go somewhere else to get anythings else. We order from dominos at least approximately 4 times a month. The kids were extremely disappointed and hungry. I hope something will be done about this.
