The dough was stretched so thin that my pizza had a hole in it

The dough was stretched so thin that my pizza had a hole in it. The underside did not look cooked at all. It was also cold upon pickup. I suspect employees forgot to mark it as "done" on the tracker because I picked it up a minute after it said it was done.
