The company went out of business and never contacted anyone

The company went out of business and never contacted anyone. But the problem is they want you to continuously pay them monthly. Also, they opened up a Fetti Account without my knowledge and I was paying them monthly until I stopped last year. They sent something to the credit bureau saying that I was delinquent and stopped paying them. I had two different accounts and I had always ordered on only one account. When I questioned them about this they avoided the issue. I never got an answer to this complaint and I kept paying on the Fingerhut Advantage account monthly. It seems like the account balance never goes down. I wouled like to see how to get my money back for all the time I paid on the Fingerhut Fetti account and also stop paying on the other one.
