Terrible experience at Subway Hamilton Court Montague Street Bristol! Prachi and Dena Danaila were extremely unhelpful and rude. Ordered a sandwich from the menu, but they refused to serve it, wasting my time. Hygiene SOPs weren't followed - she was wearing headphones while on service. When I asked her to change her clearly dirty gloves, she misbehaved and refused, saying that we have instructions from Subway shop owner not to change the gloves every time Unacceptable. I request the higher authorities to take strict action to ensure such incidents don't happen to other customers.
