I scheduled message at Lexington sc message envy for 2/22/2025 @ 12pm. I arrived 15 mins early to check in At check in I was told my time had been adjusted to 12:45. Then I was told to move the appointment would be a charge of 50% more. As a penalty to me. The card I had from message envy was written out for 12pm. I was told they moved the time because the girl scheduling the appointment was new. Not my fault. I am very disappointed with this service and the idea of an additional charge for their mistake. I would like to have today’s appointment comped and refunded. This caused med stress and I had a problem with being late to another appointment. Please call me and refund today’s appointment of $75.00
