When I initially informed the cashier that I would be making two transactions, she acknowledged this without objection. The first transaction proceeded without issue. However, as I prepared to complete the second transfer, the cashier informed me that the store manager had instructed her to deny it, citing a "one transaction per customer per store" policy. This situation was frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer. I reviewed the Western Union website prior to my visit, and there is no mention of a policy restricting the number of transactions per customer at a given store. Western Union's policy emphasizes convenience and accessibility for customers, and the refusal to complete my second transfer at your store undermines these principles.
