T mobile just deactivated my us cellular account I can't login at all it states I need to download t mobile app. Also t mobile just deleted over 30 very important personal apps on my phone as well as added there apps to my phone. I will be contacting my lawyer. You did not get permission to do this or had the RIGHT to do anything with my phone. I already contacted us cellular and I will be going to us cellular personally tomorrow, and if this does not get fix your both are going to have problems. Im also going to report you t mobile to FCC, and I will also ve contact tmj4 to do investigation on you so other us cellular customers will know what you are doing. I do not care that you partnered up with us cellular. My phone and accessories and bill is with us cellular not t mobile, you sent paper via mail on only thing changing is bill due date. So what you just did to my phone was not authorized!!!!!! You will be contacted shortly from my lawyer. What you deleted off my phone was important and now lost due to your actions!!!
