I am an owner-host and have not received payments for ANY bookings, despite many emails sent by me through the Extranet, and many phone calls to customer service.
My emails through the Extranet are continually misunderstood and inadequately replied to.
Currently I am owed almost $500 for past bookings. I am very unconfident about receiving payment for future bookings. I am beyond frustration now. It is unacceptable that Booking.com has received payments from my guests but still not passed them on to me. Customer service tell me they have marked my case URGENT, but still no effective action from Finance. Do human beings actually work there?
