com did not get with the manager until 3 days later to get a refund I slept in my car for two nights until someone could send me money for gas to come home the last day I was there I went to Red roof inn and he only argued with me that he's going to give me a refund for two nights I feel like I should get a full refund for three nights plus more because I missed my uncle's funeral and

slept in my car for 2 days and didn't eat

com acc when we arrived at the property the property manager refused to check us in giving the reason that they did not accept digital copies of bank cards. The card in question was the exact same card used at the time of the booking and the one the full payment was taken from.

This was not stated anywhere on any of the terms and conditions of booking, the property policies or even the property website. It is stated that the card has to be in the persons name of the booking and the card that was used to pay for it!

com have advised that they have actioned a request for refund but still after 24hours are unable to make contact with the partner and are bound by contract to contact the property in question.

Also I they will not give a response to question raised why is our booking still…

I am an owner-host and have not received payments for ANY bookings, despite many emails sent by me through the Extranet, and many phone calls to customer service. My emails through the Extranet are continually misunderstood and inadequately replied to.

Currently I am owed almost $500 for past bookings. I am very unconfident about receiving payment for future bookings. I am beyond frustration now. com has received payments from my guests but still not passed them on to me. Customer service tell me they have marked my case URGENT, but still no effective action from Finance.

Do human beings actually work there?

I have not recieved an email yet about if i pay when will the difference be refunded. Spoke to lady yesterday and she gave an email which documents were re sent to. Before your staff members kept on saying they got documents but gave wrong email. I am not at fault that wrong email and false misleading info given and my correct document claim was not looked at and then the prices changed. It was your duty to do the work not mine. The last lady yesterday said she agreed that it should have been looked at with correct documents but it was not due to wrong email was given to me and stated they got it and its invalid.

You must honour the price of £141/ 157 euro total even though its a bargain price and huge difference than what you got. As £141 / 157 euro was a bargain offer that time but not…

com. I made sure the booking had a free cancellation option as I needed to know from the hotel if their restaurant was open the day we arrived at it was January 1st. com page specifically said the restaurant was open on the day of our booking but when I made the booking I put in the special requests box a request to book a table for 2 people at 7pm. on January 1st 2024.

Normally hotels reply about a reservation. I received an email confirming my check-in time was ok but I didn't get a reply about the restaurant. So the next day I both emailed and messaged them and still no reply. The hotel finally informed me that the restaurant actually wasn't open on January 1st, however this information was sent after the free cancellation period had expired!

As I was driving 5 hours to get to this…

I booked an AirAsia return flight from Bali (Denpasar) to Labuan Bajo through Booking.com. I tried to change the return flight from Labuan Bajo. I accessed the Contact us in Customer Care (chat box) but was advise to call to the Netherlands or Sydney office. When trying to call both offices an automated response advised me to enter my customer reference number and pin, this I entered a few times correctly but was told that the booking cannot be found.

I sent a customer request 10 times to please check my booking reference so that I can enter this correctly on the automated telephone call but every time was told to call the customer care telephone number.

I kept on trying to change my flight for more than 10 days without any succes, just getting the same automated response.

So not in…

There was a double payment made for two identical flight bookings. This was done in December 2023. I have called booking.com many times for clarification and a refund. They sent me an email on December 13, saying that saving the refund has been made and will take 3-5 days. Today is January 22, and still no refund. I called again, and they told me that the refund was not found and that they needed more time.

I do not know when I will get my refund, and no manger or supervisor will speak to me.

I made a five days reservation at Serenade Punta Cana via booking.com in September 2023 which clearly stated free cancellation/Modification before 25th November 2023.two days later, I tried to modify the booking to four days and was unable to do so online. I sent a mail to booking.com and they responded that I should go to the hotel on the desired date and I would be accommodated.

I was surprised to get to the hotel on the planned date only to be charged for 5days. I was given an option to ignore the booking with booking.com and make a fresh booking for 4days directly with the hotel but I declined thinking the noble thing to do was to honour my booking with booking. Com and seek redress which I did. I have been back from my trip for almost two months now and I have been chasing my refund…

com and we couldn’t get hold of anyone to cancel the flight four hours before the flight, even after it left only after three days we got response on email with correct number to call.

Finally talking to partner who told me I couldn’t cancel my ticket or route but can change dates with penalties. Penalty of 55% of ticket fare already paid. I didn’t have I thought to call three day later with it and found myself cheaper flight provided the information to partner but now penalties were 70% of the amount paid already and was told it will keep increasing.

They refused to book me the date when I asked them to do I can be sure it’s booked while I go get enough money to cover these penalties. I feel robbed because I can’t cancel and I can’t afford to pay penalty which is 70% on top of that the…

Booked a villa in Bali that ended up being infested with ants and other instects We had originally booked for 3 nights but ended up only staying 5mins and had to look for new accommodation last minute with kids. The owner refuses to accept the cancellation and said lies about us.

com sympathised but only provided 15% refund. com are wrong for allowing these owners on their platform and allowing them to take money without providing a suitable place to stay. My husband also got bitten in the 5mins we were in the place

On Sep. com with confirmation number 4182614966, and pin code 0147, I cancelled this reservation immediately after I realized that the room was only accommodating 4 people which did not fit our requirement. 89. 89, I would be provided a link in an email and all I had to do was to follow the instructions and fill up the form via the link.

I followed and replied to the email on Sept. 20. On Sep 25, I called customer service as I have not received the refund. John Christian M answered the phone. He was very nice and advised me that I should get the money back in 2-3 business days.

com account, by given 3 different answers from different customer service, I requested to talk to the supervisor as I wanted a firm answer of what exact way I would be refunded. Supervisor on duty was Chris, she…

We stayed in a short-term rental in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. A day after check-in, our host asked us to switch units two days before our checkout date and offered to move our luggage if we weren’t free.

Given our circumstances as we had an excursion to attend to the day of the transfer, we obliged. Cash and personal possessions, (including a bag of women's underwear) go missing from our locked suitcases and backpacks after the host and his cousin transferred our luggage.

com tells us to give 20 hours for the host to respond and even tells us to not pursue the police if the host returns our missing items. The host insists that there was “no stranger or suspect” that could have stolen our belongings and has conflicting narratives of the event while not presenting CCTV…

334) at ibis budget Lyon Sud St Genis Laval, France. When we arrived it was midnight and the AC was broken (we were in the middle of the summer). We managed to stay for the first 2 nights but It was impossible to be there for another night as it was too hot.

We checked out at mid day and of course ask for refund for the last night. It has been 2 months and nobody give us any answer about the case

I have to keep texting this. I booked a room plenty of rooms for my son at Terence Gardner in Clearwater Florida. There's been a couple of issues and your customer service has helped me but, this time they won't talk to me or anything oh wait they gave me a $27 credit.

So every room he's been in they don't have a smoke detector and the room he was in for the past two nights from September 21 thru the 23rd. The AC unit was spitting water all over the floor inside of his room nobody would come and fix it.

I've sent multiple texts and sent pictures to your customer service and all I got was a $27 credit no I paid $139 for two nights. So tonight I finally got a hold of someone a customer service and I speak to supervisor three times and got hung up on all three times.

Could someone please…

My account has been hacked but impossible yo get through on the phone to report. Disgusting!

I have booked 3 flight tickets through booking.com and I have cancelled all of them on the same day. It's been more than 10days since I haven't received the refund though Airline confirmed that they have already refunded the amount.

I have been contacting the contact center everyday to check my refund and every time they are saying different answers and getting frustrated with the answers. they are not customer friendly and no respect to the customers and they are trying hanging up on me.

I am not sure why booking.com holding up my funds. I would need these funds asap as I need to use these somewhere. Please help me to expedite the process and get me the refunds asap.

Appreciate for your help here.

Thanks, Narendra

Worst service I have ever experienced. I would never reccomend that anyone use this service. Their customer service department does not exist. The numbers listed do not respond. They don't do due diligence of their properties. More to come!!!

The most useless company and customer service ever. Got scammed by their system and requested a payment, ended up paying double, not refunded and Customer service were extremely poor and unprofessional.

I called booking immediately after receiving an itinerary for a flight and realized you changed my search and I inadvertently booked the wrong flight. I was given two wrong numbers to call the insurance company and talked to 3 agents.

I always buy insurance and I buy refundable tickets. Agent claims I didn’t. This is the first problem I’ve have with booking and will be my last if I don’t get a refund from you! I’m 73 years old on a fixed budget and cannot afford this. Please refund me. Pamela Lloyd

Worst worst worst worst company. I have been using them for years and this is first time I have had such a disgusting and dispicable issue. They are actual thieves. Had a flight for me and my family on United cancelled due to bad weather.

I have the cancellation letters and all. United said they booking the refund. Booking said they did not receive it. What does that have to do with my money? It was so called processed on July 1 and still no money.

I am so angry, these darn Indian people you deal with are so harsh. No sort of compassion or human understanding. I need my money. Cannot believe this is the booking I use all the time. No longer, will be deleting the app when I am done getting back my money. Totally reprehensible.

Cannot believe I made a reservation in April, and booking. Com contacted me 2 nights before to tell me they had to cancel my reservation, because they overbooked. I talked to the resort and they said they don't do reservations themselves.

I was trying to provide a honeymoon stay for my daughter. Then after calling and getting hung up on 3 times, to try and resolve the matter - I went with Expedia. Booking. Com wanted to put us in a cheap hotel away from the beach.

I've had a very stressful week, and after hearing this bad news I thought I was going to have a stroke!!!!!

Disgusted with the delay since 28 May 2023 I have been waiting for refund due to urgency to attend funeral with no response, emailed called numerous times. Ignorant staff unprofessional or any compassion for circumstances. It's Saturday 19 August 2023.

Attempt again on Thursday 17 August 2023 Called Ignorant staff , explain circumstances again but now it's my Father funeral. 6 days delay but I've been waiting since 28 May 2023???

I booked this flight Skyscanner Fiji Airways using book.com

I will never use it again, Disgusted

They would not credit a hotel stay that was changed and acknowledged by them. They then failed to notify the hotel and we were billed. After submitting proof through their claim service, they still failed to credit the charge.

The worst experience I have ever encountered. Our return flights were cancelled and booking.com offered us a refund which we accepted on June 21 2023 and we still haven’t received our refund which is worth nearly £600.

We have called customer services many times, rude staff, they hung up the phone on us multiple times, asked us to call the airline ourselves even though they were the ones who cancelled the flights.

They keep saying you will get the refund and that they are waiting for the refund from the airline even though I paid booking.com directly.

Still waiting for my money, this is daylight robbery. I’ve never witnessed something so terrible, this is very very upsetting and I’m extremely annoyed. I demand compensation and full refund from booking.com, I’ve emailed the head of…

Long story short.. booking.com failed to pay last flight of my trip which I had to pay the shortfall at the airport.. I have contacted booking.com numerous times but it don’t seems to be leading anywhere.

This is very disappointing booking.com and people I have deal so far.

Flight was from Australia-dubai-athens and return and they failed to pay very last trip from Brisbane to darwin.. which was part of the initial booking and payment..

Still waiting for an outcome.

com message. com. com) saying there was no link with message. I phoned Staytekapo, send them the payment screenshot directly, then phoned again to confirm receipt. I had to phone again on 14 July as I had not received information abot address or checking-in procedure for accomodation. Finally it was sent.

, stating refund would occur . By the following friday ,on checking my bank statement, no refund. I phoned Staytekapo, who were adamant that they had made the refund on 16July. I have now been to my Westpac Bank ,who can find no record of this refund being received by my account.

If Staytekapo did make the payment and I have not received it , where has it gone. Naturally I am very disappointed and need this sorted out. com provides.

My story began on September 13, 2023. Made flight reservations through Booking flying from IAH-Houston to Rome. Confirmation 40-30092****9. **A second outbreak of COVID was announced in Rome. As a result, we had to cancel our reservations. WHAT HAPPENED TO HAVING TO WORK WITH COVID related situations/cancellations/re-scheduling???

BOOKING IS DEFINITELY NOT ABIDING BY THE MANDATED GUIDELINES!! Fast forward to today, July 26, 2023: STILL NOTHING HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. DOES IT REALLY TAKE 10 MONTHS FOR BOOKING PERSONNEL AND "THE TEAM" TO GET THIS RESOLVED?? In fact, we were told we would only get a refund of $1050 instead of the over $2700 we initially purchased the tickets!

We have been attempting to place the (fiction) $1000+ "credit" to new flights. We are too tired and frustrated to…

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Booking.con

The issue that I have experienced was: I placed a reservation last year as I knew I needed accommodation for an upcoming event. I booked early (Sept 22) as I was sure prices would increase.

Then a few months I was told the booking could no longer be honoured - no explanation. I was offered alternative accommodation by the guest house but they never responded when I messaged them and the contact number wasn't recognised when I tried to call.

I then emailed customer services and was initially told not to worry and that they would source alternative accommodation at no cost incurred to myself. However this wasn't true - I was offered three different options, two of which were further than we wanted to travel one property was even in…

com Great photos and great reviews. When I arrived from denver to phoenix. To see a slum Motel with crack addicts outside Trash all over looked nothing like the pitchers. Immediately I ask for a refund fearing for my life to stay there. It's been 4 months.

I'm still never received a refund but they stole my $300..

My booking was cancelled by the airline on the 15/4/23 and are still yet to receive a refund despite contacting the company 6 times and being misled by the team members each time informing me that a refund would be issued within various time framesz

Customer reference 40-330950833

The dates I have contacted booking.com regarding the refund are below: - 3/5/23 - 29/5/23 - 31/5/23 - 26/6/23 - team member advised that the refund would be in the account within 2 business days - 13/7/23 - team member advised that the case was being sent to the refunds team as 'priority' - 21/7/23 - team member advised that the case would be forwarded to her supervisors.

No action has been taken. I have not received a refund. If I do not receive a refund within the next 7 days I will contacting the ombudsman…

Relayed me to a dangerous accommodation where a stranger tried to enter my room. I left immediately for fear that my personal safety and proper was at risk. I didn't spend one night at that motel. com collected my money but refuse to issue a refund.

They also admit that they can not contact the vendor.

Booking.com have stolen our money, didn’t book the flights through Ryan air but sold on their website, Ryan air have said they aren’t allowed to sell their tickets. We expected a phone call back yesterday from booking.com from a supervisor but no phone call. We were also on the phone for two hours and no refund.

Scammers and thrives. Will go to the papers

com from the 19th June till the 21 July in the early hours of the 1st of July my partner was attacked in the hotel room when I was in work in the early hours the receptionist was asleep in the back office luckily she managed to get hold of her phone and died 999 the following afternoon when the receptionist woke up I was asked to pay compensation to people in the room opisit because thay had a desterbed nights sleep and asked why the police had been called after explaining every thing and

saying we was leaving early we was told we could not get any money back but the people in the form opisit got a full refund the hotel even called the police and said we was refusing to leave I have tried for 3 week to get the 21 days money back to no avail so I am at my wits end

com and said i had to find the flight from Turkish airlines and he would be able to change this, i found a flight on the website and called again this time spoke with some lady who told me i had missed the flight and i am not entitled to a refund and would have to pay the full amount which was a lot more (double) than my original tickets.

Springhill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95 . Was one of the worst overnight experiences . Beginning with an unclean comforter, electricity not working, I could not charge my phone, we told the was it worked by a switch on the wall .

The lamps worked but my phone did not . There was mold. You could smell the mold. We handed a bottle of Lysol spray by the front desk to spray the room. We complained to two different workers. All they did. Was apologized

After numerous attempts to resolve a misspelt surname of one of my travelling partners since the 22/5 l am still at SQ 1 . So very dissatisfied and disappointment. All this time after going back and forward between your agents and the airlines nothing has been done .

Provided all the necessary documents. Order number is 40-370434451 . Hope we can find a solution soon

44 Euro. Regretfully on arrival they gave us a room number 4319 with a garbage view and can hardly see the sea. We refused to take the room. the reception said we can compliant to you and they moved us the next day to another proper room.

our vacation was destroyed by much argument and this bad experience, they gave us very bad mood to start our vacation and we lost full 24 hours , to unpack and repack. We are a long term genius booking customer.

We would like you advise the hotel to rename this garbage view rooms. We request a full compensation of the first night, in addition to what you see co nvinient.

com which I have an account with. I chose Cloud One Hotel in New York with an advertised rate that equaled to less than $500. com web account. My assumption, based upon the lack of a confirmation email and record in my account, was that the reservation did not go through.

However, I later discovered in the middle of May that I was charged $776. com. I began trying to reverse my charges with my credit card through Navy Federal. When Navy Federal rejected my clam on the basis of proof I began working on what I never received.

com and they were not helpful and spent $54 on international calls -- their customer service line sends you to a call center in London. com should call him (there is only one male manager at the hotel I discovered today).

com who said that they would take care of it.…

Let me start by saying that I have never been more upset with a company than I am right now! com! The issue I have is with the rental car at Florence Airport (Reference # 778425182). When I placed the order for the rental car, my daughter was coming on the trip, and I put her as the driver.

Mind you, I booked this under my account with my credit card! The only information given about my daughter was her name. My daughter was unable to make the trip to Italy due to medical reasons on the day we were leaving.

When I arrived to get the car, I informed them that my daughter was not on the trip and that I was going to be driving. com and have the name of the…

com acknowledged cancellation successful and for free by email on Sat 14 January 2023 at 8:48 am. refund promised within 7 - 12 days. 6 months later still no refund. The amount paid was NZ$189.

Hi there,

May I just say I am absolutely appalled by the state of the hotel. We arrived at 2.30pm, attempted to check in only to be told that our room was not ready and to come back later.

After an hour and a complaint we was finally given a room.

The room itself was located at the farthest point in the hotel, there was no air conditioning, the TV did not work and the window was covered in cobwebs. There was also a dead spider squished in the net curtain.

Whilst we was getting ready to go to our concert the fire alarm went off which caused alarm and distress to my partner who suffers from an anxiety disorder.

We then made a further complaint to the hotel who offered us a full refund. When they tried to process the aforementioned refund they informed us that they were unable to action…

Double booked our villa. Family with child with disability. Explained this to them. They repeatedly offered substandard villas and claimed they cost more (we found them on other sites up to €1400 cheaper). Dishonest, untrustworthy, uncaring with no customer values.

i am using booking.com last 5 years , first time l had a bad experince with my booking hotel in london , l have report the hotel , and l was talking to booking.com everyday 7 days, they have done noting to take mycase seriuosly, what they did only call the hotel , thats all, i had 5 difrent problems ,

On 5/24/23 I attempted to book a reservation with Gite Les Lilas at your website. Upon hearing acceptance from the owner I had an additional question before confirming, regarding an early checkin or the ability to leave our bags at the house. There was no place on the email I received from Booking.com to enable that. Frustratingly, this led to numerous - I have more than 6 emails saved - emails from Booking.com sending me on fruitless phone calls, etc.

Finally I gave up.

Such a lack of dialogue or a representative to actually read my request was concerning for future travel arrangements.

if you care to look you will find numerous frantic emails on 5/24 and 5/25 from [email protected]. Your complaint form doesn't allow for uploading these emails.

Sincerely, Karen Fair

I booked a car rental for my wife through the booking.com app. I closed the app before writing it down. I didn’t get an email confirmation, my wife didn’t get an email confirmation and when I went back into the app there was no information about the car rental.

What have you done with the credit card information I entered?

I will never use your service again!

I failed to pay on time an invoice, but was forced to check when the new season started. I paid that invoice twice and it has been a month since my property is not open and I lost quite a lot of customers.

BOOKING IS KEEPING 2 PAYMENT FROZEN AND NOT REFUNDING ME AS PER THEIR POLICY. The customer service is terrible. I keep complaining about why my property is not open after a month the payment is made, and they keep replying :Pay the invoices on time in order to avoid this from happening.

They are keeping 2 payments frozen, since my property still doesn't show up anywhere on booking. They keep threating businesses about filing a legal case if you fail to pay the invoices but no one replies when they go against the law and their policies by keeping 2 payments frozen.

On March 21st i booked a reservation for a hotel stay june 15-17. com for $119/night. i never got an email confirmation until this past weekend 6/11 and thats when i saw the amount they are charging me is a lot more than what i booked it at.

I had a screenshot of the advertised rate which i forwarded to them. they are invalidating it because the rate was for a room with a king size bed and i booked reservation with 2 queen beds. They will only accept if i provide them a link of the reservation i made which is impossoble aa that was from back in March.

Any searches they had for the rate did not obviously come up because it rates will be for the current date. If they are invalidating my claim on a technicality, then wouldn't their request for me to provide a link be invalid too?

I am…

Booking.com did a fraudulent transaction on my card, and they have a pathetic customer service team who does not revert. First, they save your card details and then do not take the ownership of any unauthorised transaction if happens. I highly recommend everyone to put your card details at your own risk and do plan your bookings with authentic portals and secure platform.

I purchased tickets in November 2022, prior to the acquisition of Go-to Gate. com for many years, and have been very happy. On May 9th, 2023 I tried to change one of the three tickets and obtain an earlier flight.

I was given a change and charged $250. Then I received a call and was told the change was not confirmed unless I paid another $400. com more money. They charged my card $250 and have not refunded the money. I received nothing.

I have placed this in dispute. com. They will not work with me. I want to cancel my daughter's flight. They tried to exhort me for more money and then will not refund me for the $250 they took from us.

Stay In hotel in Warsaw is advertised on Booking/Priceline as having airport shuttle service. However…they do not. They will merely call a taxi for their guests. Booking allows this false advertisement, and never sought resolution for my inconvenience.
