T-Mobile failing to live up to their contractual agreements. 
After an incident a little over a year ago of tampering with my device my service and my financial side of my account T-Mobile now tries to breach the contract agreement that we came to to settle this matter by increasing my monthly billing rate despite the price lock guarantee and trying to add a $5 service fee for paying in cash at a local store for my services this has never been an issue in the past and should not be an issue now. 
My opinion of T-Mobile has deteriorated to the point that I wouldn't even give them a tenth of a star.
