The Manager and staff was incredibly rude and hateful. She was disrespectful to me and my wife. She made distasteful comments to my kids, which was extremely uncalled for. Why does this woman still have a job? I spent over $375 for 2 nights in a room with no towels broken hair dryer and weak water pressure in the shower. This is a horrible experience and I will never stay here again. I had to buy ice from the store because the ice machines did not work. This is a shame and I think something needs to be done about this. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and I don't recommend it to anyone who has any respect for themselves and their family
