Every time I rent with U-Haul they repeatedly consistently every single time always charge your card more than they are supposed to like clockwork it is completely unacceptable you screw people up you take away money they can't afford to lose in desperate situations then you have to wait a week or more to get your money back absolutely unacceptable I will never use you all again never ever ever ever. Your customer service your staff your people in your stores rude as hell not helpful at all it's always an excuse always a reason I don't know I can't do it didn't happen I don't see I don't know U-Haul is the worst company ever you suck.
