Started when our debit card was compromised and called to give them the new one

Started when our debit card was compromised and called to give them the new one. They quoted me a much higher price saying it had to include some appliance insurance. Said I didn't want it but said that was there lowest price now. So I said no and asked them to cancel my service. They said I could have it free a month wanting us to come back of course. I didn't want that but they still did a basic service so I called to cancel again. They sent me a bill of over $200 cancel fee among other charges We called and said just wanted to cancel and they were rude and said we had to pay it and we said we cancelled and never had to pay anything if we cancelled. We even got charged for the insurance! And had to stop payment. This is the worst company ever !!!! The threatened us if we didn't pay it!
