I called to report 1 fraudulent charge for $19.99 on my wells debit card. Waiting for new card takes 2-3 weeks every time , thank god I can atleast access my new card before that using Apple Pay on iPhone……. As I’ve done 100 times. What the hell ?????? Now they have removed Apple Pay from my phone but they have totally disabled my entire account I can’t even log in. Been 2 days this is a huge pia. No need for such stupidity. Who trains these people????? Or do they????? Who does this?????
