It has been a nightmare since I placed this order. I wish I can give you a BIG ZERO STAR. You don’t deserve 1 star. I contacted your customer service via email & by calling several times since January 25th & I keep getting the same answer & no one could able to help me. I returned my package back in January 22nd with your courier DHL as per your instructions & the return label I received from you & since then you didn’t receive this package because on DHL website it says: missing information from A/X so I been going back & forth between you & DHL & till now the package is stuck in customs for a mysterious reason & I’ve been hearing the same thing for 2 weeks now, all this miss is due to a miscommunication between you & DHL & I am the one who is penalized for that. I am really fed up.Worst company ever, don’t think of placing any order online with them.
