I have issues reaching customer support by phone or online all the time. I made a pickup order that is not available in the local store and was asked to claim my refund online or do a dispute. I am never successful reaching phone support. Online support is closing without a refund resolution. I need a refund to my credit card back for the food I never got. The support for issues is a failure. Online support is closing the case as resolved giving no info on the resolution or a refund. I am not happy at all. Please give the refund for the product that is unavailable but the money has been paid for. -Shankar
