I visited the Taco Bell on Snelling Ave in St Paul MN today 10/01/2024. There is 1 worker there in particular who must enjoy giving me a hard time. I have complained several times about this same worker and she is still working there. Today going through the drive thru she must have recognized my voice& I would imagine she didn't realize she didn't mute the speaker& she called me a "bitch"!!! To my surprise I decided to leave& write another complaint. I am a disabled/ vulnerable adult& I have enough problems without this 1 worker causing me more grief. I visit this establishment almost every day & I would think that means something to a bigger corporation like yourselves.
