Sent internet equipment back to AT&T unopened box never accessed or installed

Sent internet equipment back to AT&T unopened box never accessed or installed. Within the allotted 14 day period via Ups. Yet they Sent me a bill for $210.60 I called and disputed this to a representative and they assured me that it would be taken care of .I received a call today 6/30/2026 from collections I called ups and they informed me that internet, and phone companies are famous for doing so !!! I hope to get this resolved because I refuse to pay and have my credit damaged for something that I have never used!! Acct # 425252213-1-69 I.C System
