I was in your store about 4:30pm today.. I was going to make a purchase with a EBT card when I was told the registers were all closed.. The lady rudely told me to use self service.. When I got to the counter she rudely said you can’t use EBT here.. I asked can’t someone open a registers she rudely said no, next customer.. She didn’t have a name tag on so I didn’t get her name.. She definitely isn’t a people.. Is it common practice for y’all to have all registers closed and turn away paying customers because of payment methods? This happened at the store at 23055 La Hwy 1 north in Plaquemine Louisiana .
