Good Morning We both upgrade at Vodacom Kolonnade shopping Mall Montana. On the 31/10/2024 Salome received her phone as they needed to order the correct storage size, I Amanda had my phone on the 26/10/2024, data was transferred, when we get Salome`s phone on 31/10/2024 I asked a few questions to Tech guy named Musi , and he was fast and irritated and keep on saying he does not know the Samsung phones. Then we ask Vera Botha which was a huge disappointment. She need soft skill training as she came over very aggressive and not customer focus. I ask about the onedrive and microsoft just to assist with the set up, she said she does not know it, it is Samsung I must go to the samsung store. I ask her does her phone dont have one drive or microsoft. She then said let me help you, I open the app it asked questions about permissions which I was not sure to select she left my side go to the back, I then realised to rather leave this. When she came back she said is it okay? I explained no I don't know what to select. Salome said then when we previously upgrade at the vodashop Kolonade or Menlyn we did not experience challenges and that we will never attend this Vodacom again. She attack her, and I said please leave it it, is fine, but she keep on provoking us and scream she wants to help and we are rude which was not true. She wanted also to go home, keep on looking on her phone. she still pushed in front of everyone ,then I was upset and said she does not have the skill to assist me and when I say she must leave us she still keep on provoking. It was a horrible experience. She came over very aggressive and provocative very disrespectful and don't listen. It is expected of her to handle the situation better. The sales lady Alicia ( don't know her surname) was very friendly helpful even when I phoned to get information about the upgrade , she witness this, this lady was the reason to choose this vodacom branch. This vodacom is shop 45 Kolonnade shopping centre montana Pretoria. I trust that you will act on this, as I am sure we are not the only ones complaining.
