A very nice salesperson said our phones were acceptable to qualify us for a deal. When we brought our phones in to the store after making sure everything was transferred we were told by a different rep they were unacceptable and additional fees would apply. We explained that we paid for the new phones based on the salesperson's assurance the old phones were acceptable. This fell on deaf ears. Classic bait and switch
