I tried to reach out to HGV in hopes of getting someone to help me cancel my membership but instead of helping I have been ignored, passed around between departments and even the last representative I spoke with was trying to sell me something instead of just genuinely helping me. As stated in my original correspondence to Hilton our experience was not at all what I was promised. 
I have yet to take that luxurious vacation let alone have any type of exclusive access to resort properties. Even after I was convinced to upgrade I  never saw any changes except my maintenance fee bill went through the roof. My experience with Hilton has been nothing but a disappointment and I am done for good. 
I am looking for someone from HGV Timeshare to move on my behalf towards cancellation.
