I have been trying for nearly 6 months to set up my Google Ads campaign. Setup is included in the cost of this product but I have had problems over and over with multiple representatives missing our scheduled appointments. This has cost me in both lost revenue due to scheduling the meeting instead of working and making money, plus the fact that my Ads are not set up correctly and I am still getting people contacting me for services I do not provide, yet I still get charged "per click" for these incorrect leads. There are numerous errors I do not know how to fix, such as directing potential customers to my website. I do not understand how to interpret their analytics to better tailor my Ads campaign. Despite this, I am still being charged. I have tried every avenue I can find to get someone from Google to email me with little results. It took over 3 months to get a new representative. I had one meeting with her, she missed the second meeting, and now ignores my emails?? The first representative missed two appointments so I requested a new more professional representative. Obviously that didn't happen. Google customer service is absolutely horrible. In addition, they act as if they are untouchable forcing me to search for places and forms like this to try and get them to do what I'm paying them for.
