Ordered an item online to be delivered to my home. Ordered on the 14th and had to call to see where my order was 10 days later. Walmart customer service would not tell me where the order was due t what happened. Only after saying I would post a review did they offer a refund. First and last time ordering anything from Walmart. All I ask for was customer service to let me know what was going on. Still would not answer. Do you really expect to keep customers this way?
