Visited Lawrence, KS location to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family. They refused to seat our group of 10 at tables, because they did not have a server assigned to that section. However, these vacant tables were immediately adjacent to the three booths they expected our party to sit at. We explained our occaision, and the server supposedly spoke with management. She returned unwilling to budge. We walked out and dined at a Chili's next door instead.
