Return dest clerk with black mask & scarf is new at the desk

Return dest clerk with black mask & scarf is new at the desk. She is impatient, rude & abruptly dismissive with customers. Moreover, misinformed about store return policies. Whereas I request a season person to help. She needs to verify replace since t h e holidays are here. Thank you
