Purchased a tv and it was not working properly

Purchased a tv and it was not working properly. Geek squad came out and said can't be fixed. Called Best buy to pick this tv up. No pickup. Ive called at least 10 times. Promised a pick up. Still no pick up. Im paying for a tv that's not working. I just need the tv picked up and a refund.
