Purchased a portable Black & Decker AC online, $399. Unit failed just after two months, learning the window of in-store return is just 30 days. Dealing with Black & Decker now, the process is cumbersome. The Return Counter Customer Service desk at Target was a strange and somewhat amuzing experience. At one point I was asked if I purchased the "2yr protection plan", followed by "of course you didn't". Yes TARGET, your 30 day policy protects you, but good luck at retaining customers. I would be surprised if Target stores survive the next two years before closing shop.
