I sent in a complaint about a very rude manager who called me names at the Lilac Mall Rochester, NH Subway several weeks ago, and have heard nothing back to acknowledge that my complaint was received. We ate at the Subway in Somersworth, NH today, and Rebecca couldn't have been nicer. Her customer service style was exemplary. I would love to have a response from you. The manager shouldn't be allowed to treat customers the way she treated me and my husband.
