am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. On my recent visit, I placed a call-in order for jack in the box located at 5125 Bosque boulevard in Waco Tx. only to find that it had been given to another customer when I arrived for pickup. This was frustrating The next day, I contacted a manager regarding this issue. Instead of receiving assistance or an apology, I was met with hostility and disrespect.
