Tried to order online at Sonic today in Binghamton, NY and waited 20 minutes in my car while the temperatures climbed up to 105 degrees. Nothing worked so drove up to the Sonic figured they would help me! Waited another 5 minutes for a clueless person and manager to both go tell me that they can’t do anything because the app is not their problem! Then get home in another 10 minutes and was told by a rude female at customer service hotline they can’t do anything either that I was suppose to redownload the app! What an amazingly pathetic excuse for a company! Won’t be wasting any money there anymore! Sincerely, Patricia L.Donahue, MCJ PS this is going on Facebook too!
