The food and service has really gone downhill here lately. They must be owned by private equity now? Starbucks went through the same thing under the last CEO, and my family completely stopped going and went to other coffee shops.

Now we do the same for food. There's 3 sonic drive ins within 10 minutes of our house, we skip them all now. The carhops have gone from friendly and smiling to downright depressing. And the screens are constantly broken, buttons missing etc.

Corporate needs to realize the screen and carhop IS the product here. You can get good food anywhere. Be relentless about investing in your technology and people, and we might be back.

I arrived at the muldrow ok sonic to get my father's iPhone that was stolen by one of there employees. As the employee also had my car keys. The keys were returned but not the phone. Well i continued to ask him, but then The manager on duty came out.

Telling me i couldn't get it, that i could get it another time. He then proceeded to tell me that i needed to go get another phone because it wasn't getting it back that night. I told them it was either getting the phone or calling the cops, and he proceeded to tell me to go ahead do whatever i have to do but i wasn't getting my father's phone back.

The manager was very disrespectful towards me but also very embarrassing in front of other customers.

Tried to order online at Sonic today in Binghamton, NY and waited 20 minutes in my car while the temperatures climbed up to 105 degrees. Nothing worked so drove up to the Sonic figured they would help me! Waited another 5 minutes for a clueless person and manager to both go tell me that they can’t do anything because the app is not their problem!

Then get home in another 10 minutes and was told by a rude female at customer service hotline they can’t do anything either that I was suppose to redownload the app! What an amazingly pathetic excuse for a company! Won’t be wasting any money there anymore!

I stopped going to the Sonic for a long time & today they once again failed. My mom wanted a #1 combo so I went to get it which she literally lives right around the corner. She said she didn't eat most of it cause the burger & tots were cold. This is ridiculous!

She worked for the Sonic in Texas & Oklahoma for 45 years & would never let a tray go out like that. The food isn't good & the service is lousy. Managers & employees need more training. There's 2 in Paris Texas & they aren't worth anyone's hard earned money.

Wasn't a good idea to take handrolled onion rings away. Wasn't a good idea to take the trash cans away outside. I will NOT be back again.

The one in Sonora Texas, is by far the worst sonic I ever been too. They take forever answering when u push the red button. Orders are wrong or half filled. On the screen it takes them literally an additional 10-15 minutes after it says order is on the way.. shit shit shit.

A fucking park would be more useful there.

Went to Sonic in Morton ms ordered a large coke and the employee was cussing over the mic that took my order I really didn't think it was professional in the way she was speaking

ON 01/17/2024 I PURCHASED AN ALL AMERICAN HOT DOG FROM THE DRIVE THRU- SONIC RESTAURANT LOCATED ON BROWNSWITCH RD. IN SLIDELL, LOUISIANA. I DROVE HOME. ONCE I PULLED INTO MY DRIVEWAY, I RETRIEVED MY MAIL FROM MAILBOX, SAT BACK IN MY CAR AND STARTED TO OPEN MY FOOD, I BIT INTO THE HOTDOG AND CONTINUED READING THROUGH MY MAIL.

I HAPPENED TO LOOK DOWN AT THE HOTDOG INTENSELY AND NOTED THE BUN WAS GREEN AND MILDEWED!. I IMMEDIATELY SCREAMED AND JUMPED OUT MY CAR IN SHOCK. I HAD ATE THRU HALF OF THE HOTDOG BEFORE I NOTICED THE BREAD WAS MILDEWED.

I got a double cheese burger at the Sonic in Neosho Missouri and I got so sick one hour after eating it. After taking four bites something didn't taste right. It was bitter and taste like soap. Sandwiches from Sonic should be fresh.

We ordered a 44oz cherry slushie and a medium cherry slushie! We got a 44 oz and a small! We couldn't stop to complain had some place to be! It was the Sonic in Hamilton Ohio! It was around between 10:45 and 11:30! Got no receipt.

I stopped by Sonic for lunch and when I ordered my food they told me that they were out of onion rings. So I settled for Fry's. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster with a route 44 lemonade. When I got my food, the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for awhile.

The cheeseburger was cold and dry. There was very little BBQ sauce, a couple small, wilted pieces of lettuce, and a couple small ,slimy pieces of tomato. The lemonade was good. The service was good, but if you're going to get crappy food , who cares.

I have been trying for 5 months with multiple e mails and phone calls to try to get them to fix a fraudulent charge. They keep saying they will have management call me, but they never do. My large family will NEVER eat there again.

It's ridiculous that they can't call me and fix what should be a simple issue.

This is the 3rd time I've been to Sonic on Eubank in Albuquerque NM and couldn't get service. There were 6 cars but nobody would answer my button. Come on they weren't busy. Your evening crew socks. Never again!!!

Ok, I was in a hurry and stop for a quick sandwich my husband and I have always been satisfied with your meals I know it was getting close to dinner time, but I ordered a breakfast sandwich when I got it the Texas toast was almost burnt the eggs were black and my bacon was black, there was no way I could eat this.

I went to Sonic 5240 US Hwy 60 w store #5556 I ordered 2 for $7 sandwiches one was a chicken sandwich and one a cheeseburger and a kids meal I didn't realize the sandwiches were fixrd wrong until I got down the road. If the ice cream machine is broken or not working! Make sure it lets us know through the online app when placing order!!! I payed for strawberry cheesecake master shake ! Carhop offered a RT44 drink to replace which is less than what I payed !!

Point here is TAKE time and update SONIC app when something is not working/ broken/or whatever!!!

I'm not really complaining. More of a suggestion. Sometimes my grandson would like to pick up his food that I've ordered for him in the app. But you have to check in on your phone when you get there. So he can't pick up the order that I've ordered and paid for in the app.

Why not just give a pick up code when the foods been ordered and paid for. So anyone I choose could pick up the order.

The Sonic in Crockett, Texas rarely has their Sonic App working. And they will not honor your order even when you ask for the discount when their App is not working ( unavailable). Even when the Sonic App is working my wife and I have waited up to 30 minutes to get our order with COLD Food!!! Jeez!!!

And some of the workers don’t have a clue about customer service!!! The last young man that brought our order had no expression at all on his face, never apologized for the food being cold and wimpy/soggy fries. Help must be hard to come by; but training goes a long way.

However, all that being said, the black lady that is the manager is very nice and has a great personality and attitude. Just wish it would transfer to the rest of the team.

The Sonic Drive In #6753 5650 Central Texas Expressway Killeen, TX 76543 seems to have incompetent people taking orders. I ask for a double meat cheese burger with mustard No mayonnaise. That store always puts mayonnaise No matter how I request it.

And there's still no mustard. The first time this happened, the manager was super nice and told me that I could come back in at my convenience and he personally made my hamburger exactly as I asked. So I gave this store another chance today.

I get my exhausted self home and Lo and Behold mayonnaise, no mustard. I call the manager and and ask if I could just get a refund. She lets me know that unless I can bring back the hamburger and receipt tonight, that she will not accommodate me.

I follow a low-carb diet plan due to diabetes. I cannot go to our local sonic and find anything healthy. Sonic used to have great salads and I would eat there every day. could you please bring back salads and healthier alternatives?

Concerning Sonic located at 695 Commonwealth Drive, Norton, VA. 24273. The machine to fix frozen lemonade or any of your slushy drinks has been torn up for at least a month now. I usually got a frozen lemonade every day and that is why I know it has been at least a month.

During this time, I have been getting regular lemonade. Today the lemonade was about 90% water! I couldn’t taste lemon hardly at all. Is this location in Norton, VA having financial problems and that is why repairs aren’t being done or is the manager not doing his or her job?

I ordered a delivery meal from Sonic a few hours ago. The tator tots were not in the container but spilled on bottom of bag. The ranch dipping cuts were not received and no mayo packages were not received as well.

Visited Sonic in Sterling kansas 8/21/23 @ 1 :00pm tried to order a strawberry slushy float and was told at first they don't make them any more then right after that she said they didn't have ingredients. We asked if they had strawberry slushy, she said yes and then asked if they had ice cream again, "yes" so we asked her to make a slush float.
