I purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 at the end of January 2024. I have had several problems that I have had to have fixed. Then at the end of May the truck started to make a weird noise. I took it to a mechanic and was told due to warranty I had to take it to dealer. The Truck went back first few days of June, and I was told I needed a new engine, but the good news is that it's not backordered. I called them today and they let me know the engine is backordered. They are doing nothing to help me with a rental, demo, nothing. I bought this vehicle because it's GMC by what I thought was a reputable dealer. I was wrong, take your money and we are done with you. I 'm horrified that both of these companies think this is an acceptable way to treat a customer.
