Order an item with the description

Order an item with the description. The picture showed a whole different item. I called to figure out the item that I ordered. Come to find out the item isn't what it says it is. I get the item in the picture but not the item it says I brought. Called customer service first lady doesn't nothing. Manager gets on starts yelling at me, then she cancels my order without permission. I call back to talk to someone else and they just give me the run around and tells me there is nothing they can do since I canceled the order. The manager cancelled the order even show the agent Id beside reason why. They refuse to give any customer service. They was false advertising then they canceled my order without permission and refuse to do anything to fix the situation
