On June 2025 I talked to the Hilton resort about getting extra points on my account so I can stay at hotels free. They stated that I can pay $225 and come and stay at one of the results and they named the four different states where I can stay I chose Orlando Florida I went to Orlando Florida on May 9 of 2026 at the end of the class which was on May 11, they gave me my certificate and has $200 on it. They told me I was supposed to stay at the hotel. Send them a receipt with my certificate and I will get my money back my $200. I sent it off June 15 of 2026 just give me in the mail August 5 of 2026P pay card of $94. I called them on the phone. They stated that I was supposed to stay at a hotel for $200 and that way I would get my whole full amount of $200. I told them they never told me that they told me once I get a receipt showing that I stayed somewhere in United States that they were giving him my money back and they never gave me my 8000 Rewards for me staying at a hotel. I told them that I was gonna file a complaint on Better Business Bureau and I was gonna go on their website and file a complaint. I’m going to spend this $94 this weekend but I want them to send me back my $106 the remaining balance they owe me.. I cannot attach the file because it’s on my laptop and I am on my iPhone typing the information in.
