Poor service at Vodashops in Pietermaritzburg-Brooksidemall and Liberty mall. I have a problem with my home router device ,it’s has a problem with network and I went to Vodashops several times and my problem is not solved!Everytime I go there I have to wait hours and hours till they get back to me !I have contract ,I’m charged for service which I’m not receiving!
