Extremely poor front end service EVERY TIME !!!! Smiths Falls branch NEVER answer the phone for orders I have to go in and told they're too busy to answer December 14th, I walked in to order, I was told "be right with you" ....so I patiently waited... After 20 minutes ( look at the camera footage) I finally just left there, no service, no apologies, completely ignored, as were the customers behind me . I can understand busy and short staff however in person clientele is a very personal thing. Once AGAIN, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I'm extremely disappointed, your branch ruined my night, once again. How do people on their apps have priority over IN STORE customers????
