New Castle, DE KFC is beyond words

New Castle, DE KFC is beyond words. It’s never a seamless or pleasant experience today was no different @ 12:30pm (lunch time) they were already out of chicken this is a regular occurrence. Below are other reoccurring issues. 1. Customers unable to use drive through told to come inside (some people aren’t able to walk in, they have disabilities. 2 last week out of plastic wear. 3.out of chicken during high peak times 4. Wait time over 30 minutes. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to understand your high volume times and to plan accordingly. Is it that they only have one fryer? Just drop a batch when one is done. I love KFC chicken I just hate having to go through all this for chicken I hope something is done to make this location more professional and pleasant for all us in this county.
