Never have any items actually ‘hot and ready’

Never have any items actually ‘hot and ready’. Over the past three months between 5-7pm we’ve been told it will be 15 min. When asked how long their oven takes I’m told 8 min. The most recent time I was told I needed a name for the order and was prompted to come in yet I was at the pick up window.
