Hello, Four of my photos were recently flagged by Facebook’s automated systems. I have reviewed the Community Standards in detail, and these photos do NOT violate any policy. I reached out to FB customer service chat. The first rep asked me a bunch of questions then did nothing to resolve the issue. I tried again and the second rep told me that they can't help me and was very rude and talked down to me. He said my only options are to delete or edit the posts but that doesn't resolve the issue! I am not willing to delete lawful, policy-compliant content simply because of an automated error. So those posts are not being recommended even though they follow all standards. This is absolutely ridiculous and wrong but they won't do anything about it and it's disgusting how they treat their users.
