My order is canceled by KFC restaurant staff after I tried to pickup at the drive through, they ask me to go inside instead and then when I head inside they told me my order is canceled. THEIR manager in store is extremely rude and won’t talk any further acting like she is extremely busy when the entire restaurant only has 1 other customer sitting on the table and eating. The drive through has no other cars either. This entire place is ridiculous for not even telling me at the drive through that my order is canceled for no known reason. I want my refund for the order and the coupon value refunded as that is given to me by tmobile.
