My GE profile double oven

My GE profile double oven . My ovens do not get to proper temperature. I had to bake a pie for 3 hr . GE has told me it out of warranty and won't work on it or replace it . They told me after 3 attempts of fixing they would replace. But I still have the same stove and still owe 200.00 out of the 2500.00 was the purchase price. GE sucks . I will go to a Samsung stove.
