My complaint is more on behalf of an employee at the holland,mi store, who was berated by whom i assume was the manager. The employee asked her for help with a customer because she had a large order and needed help with some of the heavy items and due to a weight limitation. The manager was rude and snarky when the employee asked for help with the large items. As someone who works in hr, deliberately ignoring a medical restriction is a violation of workers comp or ada laws. She eventually went to help but rolled her eyes at the security guard and huffed and asked the employee multiple times why she needed help even though the girl told her multiple times she had weight restriction. Embarrassing and shameful behavior from...and a lawsuit waiting to happen. No one wants to watch someone be berated for asking for help.
