I rent a car through Expedia ( surprice rent a car) on 17th August from Milan and they told me that there will be a shuttle bus from the airport. I reached at 10.00 PM and been calling the number, but no response. I called them for more than 100 times and finally one lady answered. She said the pick up will come and wait at exit no 17 at the milan airport. I waited for more rhan 2 hours and no one turned up. I saw one car with the name Surprice rent a car but he didn't even stop. I went to their office and it was closed. I called back many times and no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE EXPEDIA FOR CAR BOOKINGS>
