I ordered the single #1, asked for extra pickles and mayonnaise. They gave me a burger with No Lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions and No Ketchup. I had to go inside (was in drive through) to have them remake my sandwich. They argued with me and told me they gave me what I ordered. I told them I know what I ordered and I ordered the sandwich which comes with everything and wanted extra pickles, this sandwich was missing all the items. They remade it. Again it was wrong, no ketchup and no onions this time. I asked them to remake it again (no crowd, I was the only one in there). They told me Nope, please leave. I told them they should refund my money since they don’t want to make the sandwich right, they told me to give them the burger back if I wanted my refund. I told them the burger was for me to take pictures of for FB. India, a rude employee and your very young female GM who refused to major the sandwich right and told necto leave for “yelling “ when I explained I am completely deaf in my left ear and wear a hearing aid for my right ear so I talk loudly on a good day. While I was waiting for them to remake my sandwich, the entire crew were standing around talking about me and complaining about me, when they could have simply apologized for the misunderstanding, remade the sandwich and offered it on the house since they messed it up twice. Horrible experience.
