Sent two parcels all about US$4K value over a six month period. DHL 'lost' two out of the four parcels - the service centre claimed they "knew where the parcels had been delivered to" but refused to go and ask for them back. I strongly suspect there is theft of packages going on at the USA DHL depot. I have since changed to Fedex and so far all OK.
