Microwave broken for 7 weeks and counting

Microwave broken for 7 weeks and counting. 3 service calls 2 weeks apart for each and parts were ordered incorrectly. Needed part is on back order do more waiting. They will not overnight. Same part that was fixed less than 18 months ago . Poor poor poor customer care . No sense of urgency .
