Microsoft bought this company in summer of 2025, so this is on them. It's Blizzard Entertainment, game is Diablo 4, expansion pack. Bought the season expansion in February 2026. It was plagued with software bugs and crashes within 2 seconds to 1-2 minutes of gameplay. Every time. Many users have complained of the same issues on their support forums. After 2 months and multiple software patches the game still crashes as frequently as it did at launch. Their support is non-existent, I submitted a ticket and after 2.5 weeks, they finally responded with a link to their FAQ support page, which I had listed out as one of the first steps I took, among many others. I replied that it didn't work and my problem still exists, but they never replied back, then a couple weeks later they closed the ticket. The customer service emailed me to tell me that their software is non-refundable. So even if it doesn't work, or never worked, tough crap, you (the customer) lose.
