I went to Wendy's on Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster at 4 pm. There went through the drive through. I ordered a biggie bag with a bacon cheese burger and had a little 2024 frosty which allowed me to get a free baby frosty. First after I placed by order I paid and the guy said he needed by 2024 frosty, He said it would be returned in my bag. I then was told to park and someone who bring me my order. My order came 20 minutes later. There was 8 of us in our cars all waiting. The manager (a lady with purple hair) said the wait was because the new guys were slow. I got my food and same home to eat it. First it was a cheese burger, not a bacon cheese burger and 2nd my frosty tag was not returned to me. I want a coupon for a free bacon cheeseburger and another frosty tag.
